There is a reason why Indian weddings are referred to as big fat weddings. After all, nothing can match the glamour, style and the whole shebang of an Indian wedding. The stories, the love amidsts the droolworthy decor and outfits, everything makes wedding stories, our favorite. So, let’s take a look at this gorgeous sikh couple’s story who tied the knots in a traditional Gurudwara wedding followed by a full-filled reception captured by Das Cinematography.
The Traditional Gurudwara Wedding
What’s a better start to the blissful union of two hearts than an auspicious start at the gurudwara with the blessings of God, isnt? Our gorgeous bride Kiran Bahra looks surreal in the red-golden bridal gown designed by Mongasuk. The groom’s blue-yellow sherwani with the matching turban and the pearl set goes well in contrast with the bride’s attire, making this sikh couple one of the hottest couple we ever spotted!
Let’s Talk About The Bride’s Wedding Look
We know that if there is anything that receives the maximum attemtion on a wedding, its the bride’s outfit and this beautiful bride has given us all the more reasons to talk about her ravishing bridal gown. Apt for a traditional Gurudwara wedding, her red and cream bridal gown with an extensive golden embroidery and a wide golden border makes her attire look all the more royal.
We are head over heels in love with her impeccable makeup by The Real Bride who perfected her light makeup look with a classy eye makeup and a matching shade of lipstick.
What makes her outfit stand out is the way she decided to style it up with a gold-pearl and ruby set by The Jewellery Trunk . While the gold and ruby matches with hues of the bride’s outfit, the pearls stand out well in contrast and adds an extra hint of glamour to her entire look. Isn’t she looking absolutely beautiful?
The Couple’s Reception That Was High On Fun
Our favorite shots are the one where we catch a romantic moment between the couple. Be it a cute eye-contact or the adorable cake cutting moment, we always go Aww during such moments. The bride looked like a princess in her all pink lehenga with floral embroidery. The whole look was accentuated by the glamorous jewellery set by GG creations that she paired up with her lehenga
We just can’t get over the Indo-western style theme they opted for their wedding. The bride’s lehenga against the groom’s suit, men in suit with dhols that make the couple groove to the beats. Capturing these happy , fun-filled moments of this dreamy wedding makes our heart melt.
Starting from the royal Gurudwara wedding to the fun-filled Indo-Western styled reception we are smitten by this gorgeous sikh couple’s dreamy wedding and we wish them all the best for their future.
