Diw and Manika met 10 years ago, when the he was 18 and she was 15 through Facebook. After a year of chatting, they finally decided to start dating and have never looked back since.
Starting from being in a long distance relationship for 3 years to convincing their parents for an inter-cast marriage, they went and fought through everything together for the last 9 years and emerged as winners. Engagement Ceremony
Staring off with a stunning engagement ceremony that does complete justice to the dazzling night. The breathtaking shimmery blue gown that bride flaunted is surely going on our outfit inspiration list. The groom sported a smart black and white tuxedo complementing the bride perfectly. Mehendi Ceremony
Before we dive into the details of this ceremony, lets take a moment to admire the stunning green outfit that the bride Manika chose for her mehendi. The deep green outfit with a slit looks super trendy. She opted for a customized mehendi and as the whole team bride danced to bollywood numbers, we can confidently say this is one of the best mehendi ceremonies we have ever witnessed.
Haldi Ceremony
The haldi ceremony was a blend of love, emotions and lifelong memories. The bride went for a simple yellow kurti and patiala pants along a bright and colorful dupatta. Her long chained kaleeras and choodha went perfectly with her outfit. More than anything, what really stood out in these pictures is the love showered on the bride.
The Big Day
The big day is finally here and the gorgeous bride looked like a queen in the red bridal lehenga with light embroidery all over and a contrasting white organza dupatta. She completed the look with a floral bun, smokey eye makeup and regal gold jewellery. For the wedding, groom made a dapper entry in his cream colored sherwani with golden buttons and border. What really made the wedding this special is the chemistry between the couple that was so prominent. After all, a decade’s struggle was finally taking them to their destination.
