Behind every grand destination wedding, what captures our heart are the stories. Some love stories are meant to be, that’s how it was with Soumil and Umang. Meeting for the first time at a common friend’s wedding, cupid’s arrow struck the duo at the very first sight. Umang, a commerce lecturer and Soumil, a chartered accountant made their dreamy love story work despite their busy schedules and when their balance sheets matched they decided to take their relationship to the next level in a grand style.
A Grand Start With A Grand Engagement
The engagement party of the gorgeous duo was worthy of bookmarking. The palace was dazzling in the gorgeous fairy lights all decked up with colorful silk curtains. The bride’s ravishing off-shoulder red gown with a deep v neck looks surreal while the groom looks suave in a charismatic black suit. Honestly speaking, when it comes to fashion, their impeccable style is unbeatable.
A Colorful Start With A Splash Of Love
Umang and Soumil’s destination wedding started with a bang with their colorful mehendi ceremony. We loved the carnival style decor with all the colorful dream catchers and tassels. The bride looked liked a goddess in her powder blue lehenga and the beautifully done hairdo while the groom complimented her in his white kurta pyajama and black pathani coat.
A Shubh Mangal and Mazedar Haldi
The best thing about weddings is the haldi ceremony and the best thing about destination weddings is that you get to celebrate your haldi with bae. The bride undoubtedly stole the show in her dazzling yellow lehenga and her casual yet downright elegant open hair hairstyle. The groom stood out in a casual white kurta pyajama and do you wanna know the best part? The duo’s impeccable taste in decor! Oh my God! We simple couldn’t take our eyes off the quirky colorful floral wheel at the back of the seating arrangements and the adorable orange tassels dangling from the ceiling.
The Shandaar Wedding Ceremony
If you want a grand royal wedding then nothing screams royal louder than a destination wedding at the artistically brilliant Jaibagh palace of Jaipur. The bride’s authentic pink lehenga with the beautiful embroidery deserves to be saved for inspiration! Also, the groom’s white sherwani with golden work blends in with the royal ambience and accentuates all the wedding pictures. We give them a perfect 10/10 for their outfits, what do you think, brides?
Let’s all take a moment to congratulate the couple and wish them a very happy married life. We wish you all the best! You can check out their wedding hashtag on instagram. #milang
